Bishop - Mulled Port

Ingredients

- 250 ml (1 cup) Port
- 3 allspice berries
- 12 cloves
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 orange


Method
  1. Stick the clove into the orange; wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 160° C (325° F);
  2. separate the orange into segments; place half the orange into a saucepan with all the other ingredients; heat gently without boiling;
  3. pour into a pottery goblet or deep glass; garnish with an orange segment stuck with cloves.
