Things You'll Need:

  • A tea size draw string muslim bag Lavender Flowers Chamomile Flowers Valerian Skullcap
  1. Step 1

    First collect the herbs needed for your herbaltea and your tea bag, a muslim bag with a draw string if possible... The herbs you will need are Lavender Flowers,
    Chamomile Flowers,
    Valerian,
    Skullcap
    .. If you can get the bag you can use a small peace of thin, undyed meterial cut into a square and then use a piece of orgranic string to tie it together...

  2. Step 2

    Once you've gotten your herbs and bag put equal parts of everything in it except the Valerian it's very strong in smell and taste so, put half the amount of your other herbs... and put the bag in your cup and pour boiling water over it or put it in a sauce pan full of boiling water for a few minutes.. you'll be able to tell it's done it will change the water and it will be very stout smelling....

  3. Step 3

    Next is to add something for taste if desired honey,sugar,lemon.. it's really up to you and your taste buds... The tea it's self will help you relax and calm down from a busy day, it will also help you have a restful sleep..
