How to make your own sports drink with all natural ingredients.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • pitcher, spoon, juicer(hand held kind), 8 oranges, 2 lemons, 2 limes, 1 cup of sugar or sweetner, 1 tsp of salt, and 2 quarts of water
  1. Step 1

    Using a knife, cut your oranges, lemons, and limes in half. You can save one of your oranges to cut into slices to add a decorative touch to the pitcher or to the drinking glass. Lemon and lime wedges look really nice on glasses too.

  2. Step 2

    Using your juicer, juice your oranges, lemons and limes. Look for seeds and excessive pulp and remove it from the juicer. Pour the juice into your two quart container.

  3. Step 3

    Pour one cup of sugar or sweetener to the pitcher and 1 teaspoon of salt.

  4. Step 4

    Fill your two quart container the rest of the way with water and stir.

  5. Step 5

    Put your homemade spors drink into the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour. If you are going to use single serving bottles, you can fill your bottles first than put them in the refrigerator to chill.
