This simple and efficient energy drink can keep you going for hours and only needs three easy to get ingredients.
This recipe gives a 250ml drink
Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 50ml caffenated coffee
- 200ml original milk
- 2tspn coffee (2 cubes)
- Step 1
Make 50ml of coffee and pour into cup.
(The coffee is for energy) - Step 2
Add the 2tspn of sugar and mix until dissolved
(the sugar is also for quick release energy) - Step 3
pour 200ml of cold milk into coffee, sugar solution and mix once again
(the milk is for hydration)
