1/2 | cup | frozen strawberries |
1/2 | cup | frozen blueberries |
1/2 | cup | frozen raspberries |
1 1/2 | cup | milk |
1/2 | cup | fresh raspberries* |
3 | tablespoon | sugar |
3 | tablespoon | whip cream** |
*Fresh raspberries will be used to top smoothie
**Whip cream optional.
- Place frozen strawberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in a blender or food processor and process for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the first layer into chilled tall glasses.
- Place frozen blueberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in the blender and process.
- Pour the second layer into glasses.
- Place frozen raspberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in the blender and process.
- Pour the third layer into glasses.
- Decorate the glasses with fresh raspberries & whip cream.
