Three Berry Smoothie

3 layered beauty

Yield: 3 servings

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh raspberries*
3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon whip cream**

*Fresh raspberries will be used to top smoothie

**Whip cream optional.

  • Place frozen strawberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in a blender or food processor and process for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the first layer into chilled tall glasses.
  • Place frozen blueberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in the blender and process.
  • Pour the second layer into glasses.
  • Place frozen raspberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in the blender and process.
  • Pour the third layer into glasses.
  • Decorate the glasses with fresh raspberries & whip cream.
