Two exciting, delicious, and healthy Traffic Light Smoothie variations. An equally tart and equally fruity, alcohol-free alternative to the “Traffic Light Shot“. Accompanied by a preparation time of 10 minutes… tops, making this one a perfect “to-go” or “on-the-go” fruit medley.
Yield: 2 Servings
2 | whole | green kiwi |
2 | whole | gold kiwi** |
1/2 | cup | orange juice |
3/4 | cup | raspberries*** |
1 | tablespoon | honey**** |
**Gold kiwi substitution: 1 whole peach OR 3 Slices of Pineapple
***Raspberries substitution: Strawberries OR strawberry&raspberry mix
****Honey Optional: Add a tablespoon to any of the single fruit purees for sweetness.
PREPARATION
- Slice green kiwifruit into halves and spoon the fruit out into a food processor or blender with 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice.
- Process until just smooth, taking care not to crush the seeds. Pour into one or two long glasses.
- Slice the gold kiwifruit(or peach and pineapple) into halves and spoon the fruit into a clean food processor or blender with 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice. Purée, until just smooth.
- Carefully pour the gold purée over the back of a spoon on top of the green purée to form two distinct layers.
- Purée the raspberries in a clean blender with 2 tablespoons of orange juice, until just smooth. Pour red purée over the back of a spoon on top of the gold purée to make the third layer.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy.~

PREPARATION
- Blend, raspberrie (separately)w/ice
- Blend mangoes (separately) w/ice
- Blend Kiwi fruit (seperatly)w/ice
- Pour each fruit puree into glass and add yogurt between the layers. Ejoy.~
