  1. Step 1

    Long Beach Iced Tea
This is a little twist on the classic Long Island Iced Tea. This one is a little better on a hot sunny day.

Start with a tall glass filled with ice. Add equal parts of your favorite brands of Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila and Triple Sec. Then balance with some sour mix. Finally add a splash of Cranberry juice to finish it off. Some people prefer to shake this drink prior to adding the Cranberry but its up to you. Also a splash of Lemon Lime soda can be added to give the drink some fizz. Garnish with a lemon.

  2. Step 2

    Berry Mojito
This is a little twist on the classic mojito. This drink has been gaining popularity over the past few years due to the recent Baccardi advertising. It is also possible to make this as a pitcher so you can serve many people. Start off by adding about a table spoon of sugar for each glass you will be making int he pitcher. Then add a generous helping of spearmint leaves. Add 3-4 quartered limes and a selection of mixed berries. Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries seem to work best. The next step is the light rum. This drink will be 3/4 rum so add the amount to your pitcher accordingly. After the rum is added you are going to want to mash or muddle all the ingredients together to get all the flavors into the rum. Once that is complete add Lemon Lime soda and a splash of Ginger Ale. To serve pour over ice filled glasses while allowing the limes and spearmint leaves to stay in the drink.

  3. Step 3

    Tanning Bed Drink
This one is really easy and has a fun name so I figured I would add it. It is equal parts Coconut Rum and Pineapple juice. The garnish can be a cherry or a slice of pineapple.
