This Sauce is good for any kind of salad, particularly, Thai rice noodle salad

Ingredients

• 4tbs of lemon
• 4tbs of fish sauce
• 2tbs of sugar
• 1 chopped clove of garlic
• A few stems of coriander
• Half a chopped red chili

Method

1. mix all ingredients well using a pestal and mortar.
