- hot coco (Cocoa and milk)
- half an egg yolk per cup
- whipped cream


Method
  1. Make a hot chocolate, let cool slightly;
  2. add half an egg yolk per cup;
  3. whisk over low heat until thickened - being careful not to let it boil;
  4. serve hot, topped with a spoonful of whipped cream
